Why we built Koachly

Zubair Afzal, founder of Koachly, watched talented sales reps fail — not because they were bad at their jobs, but because their managers couldn't be on every call. The coaching only came after the deal was lost: a post-mortem, a call review, a note in the CRM. By then, it was too late.
